ANNA NICOLE SMITH TO BE BURIED IN THE BAHAMAS WITH HER SON DANIEL.
Wow, wow. It was a big day today in the court proceedings over where Anna Nicole Smith's body will be buried. The court surprised everyone when a decision was made today instead of tomorrow morning as planned. Long story short, Anna Nicole Smith will be buried where she belongs, alongside her son Daniel in the Bahamas. Thank God that is how it went down and that Vergie Arthur didn't get the power to bring Anna Nicole to Texas for burial, not to mention, dig up Daniel's body and ship him there too, like she wanted. Of course, she has appealed the decision, but I am sure it will be shot down with rockets. What a bitch. In Vergie's world, no matter what Anna Nicole wanted, it's still all about Vergie.

All I can say is finally there have been some rational decisions made in the midst of all this madness. I just hope Stern takes the judges advice and does the right thing by Dannilynn and takes the damn paternity test. Why drag this out anymore? Danni needs to be with her biological daddy. The dad that truly loves her and wants to raise her. Stern doesn't want to raise that child. He just wants a trophy and daily reminder of Anna.
Anna Nicole is a big enough star here to get all this attention. I seriously think she should be buried her along with her son in a California cemetary near other stars. At the very least this is due her and her son. So that they may rest in peace together in a proper place where celebrities belong. Not in the common people cemetary where Daniel is now. God Bless them both.
too bad her lying mother vergie made an appeal an hour after she agreed with larry and howard. she is such a witch, i can totally understand why anna didn't want anything to do with that woman!
You know, Howard Stern should take the DNA test and he should try to cultivate a strong relationship with the child's father so he can play a role in her life, sort of as a special uncle or something.
I think that is what Anna would want.

i cried. i have been going through so much and to know she will be with her son brought it all back home for me. btw, who was the one weeping? i heard a voice that sounded like the judge weeping? wtf?
Yes, the judge not only went to law school, but apparently took some acting classes. He is fucking wierd. He was SO damn dramatic and drew this thing out far longer than necessary.
He didn't even ORDER Anna buried next to her son. He RECOMMENDED it and basically left it up to Dannilynn's guardian to make the decision. I think the judge is a coward and wasted everyone's time with all this bullshit testimony that in the end didn't mean a damn thing.
This whole hearing was a joke, and frankly it seems all it did was air more of Anna's dirty laundry. She was so messed up. I just really really hope Stern does the right thing and takes that DNA test. It's the right thing to do for Dannilynn.
I just am so offended that this was so public. It was really about a minor and should of been more confident. I would hate for my family to be exploited by people who have such little reguard. I say a gag order and sealing the file is in order. Come on how silly is this????
Anna Nicole was nothing more than a golddigging whore that died from the sad life she led. She used other people to get what she wanted. She was upset with her mother because she wanted her to live a better life. So her mom lied on the stand, tell me one person that didn't lie up there. They all did and each one of them you can bet it was for money. She is getting what she dished out!

That judge is apparently trying to get his own court show, which is why he was acting the way that he was. Like we need anymore court shows on TV.
Anna let her beloved Daniel sit on ice for 39 days after he died while she stumbled around and held a "committment ceremony" which came out in court they did it because they were fearful of having to testify against one another. She was fearful of going to the US to bury him since Birkhead would slap them with DNA and Paternity papers. They were hiding in the Bahamas in a highjacked house they couldnt pay for. Sorry Anna, you may have to sit on ice for awhile too. Your Mother is trying to do the right thing. She stayed in the background for years as you were the brunt of jokes with your mumbling and highjinks. She never sold your image or your childhood story. Guess what? Uncle Howie will now and he will keep the money. He is the same as OJ, just with more money.

Virgie didn'tknow if she was going to go to the funeral after it was ordered that the funeral would be in the Bahamas. This says that she was only doing this for spite (trying to get Anna in Texas). I think she was so jealous of Anna and now is trying to get her 15 minutes of fame. What a Bitch. anna wanted nothing to do with her mother. She beat her as a child, and when Danny died Anna called her and left a message "help." Her mother never called her back. She has done nothing but trash Anna in the news. No wonder Anna hated her. Her mother knows that who ever gets the body, gets the estate. Two hours before the funeral she went to Supreme Court and tried to have the funeral halted. Now that's Control!!! RIP Anna.
