HOWARD K. STERN ACCUSED OF INTERRUPTING LARRY BIRKHEAD'S BOOTY TIME.
Weirdness still surrounds this whole Anna Nicole Smith / Howard K. Stern / Larry Birkhead situation. Anna's refusal to give Dannilynn Hope a paternity test in my opinion is a pretty big sign that Larry Birkhead is the father of her baby and not Howard K. Stern as being claimed. Birkhead appeared on Larry King Live recently, where he shed some light on his past relationship with Anna Nicole and how Howard K. Stern had a bad habit of getting all up in Birkhead & Anna Nicole's business (including, ehem, in the bedroom).
Birkhead told Larry King how Stern was such a pain in the ass that he frequently came to Anna's bedroom door when Birkhead and Anna were trying to knock boots: "Most of the time that I was in the home with her, when we lived together, we would have to basically lock doors to the bedroom. "He (Stern) would try to come in and she'd have to tell him at certain points to call before he came back." He also alluded that Stern had an obsessive, emotional hold on Anna Nicole and constantly tried to get her to dump Birkhead: "One time in particular, while she was pregnant, I had to basically rescue her at a hotel because Howard gave her so much grief about me being the father and saying that he was never going to accept me. "He told her to make a choice - him or me. She called me crying hysterically, and she drove herself barefoot to a hotel down the street and I had to basically help her."
It doesn't appear that this situation is going to calm down anytime soon. In addition to the paternity test issue, the National Enquirer reports in their latest issue that part of the inquest into Daniel Smith's death will involve someone testifying that before he died, Howard K. Stern allegedly gave Daniel some of his mother's Methadone. They also claim that when Howard and Anna returned home with Daniel's clothes after his death, Stern allegedly found the bottle of Methadone in Daniel's pants pocket and then flushed the remaining pills down the toilet.
Oh the drama!

I feel for Anna. I think Stern wants nothing more than her $$, always have felt that way. He prolly bumped off the son on purpose (maybe the son didnt approve of their relationship or knew the deal) now he's got anna even more messed up than she was before on drugs so she doesnt fight with him. Stern is a murderer. Where was he when she was dying? and why did Anna's private nurse call STERN instead of 911 when she found her NOT BREATHING? Obviously, this person was HIS bitch, not her nurse. Plain and simple, Howard Stern was Anna's drug dealer. He supplied her drugs then propped her lifeless,doped up body in front of every camera imaginable (for a fee, of course). We've all seen those interviews...she could hardly hold her head up. Who would do that to someone they loved? I also believe that he supplied her son with that fatal dose. I can hear him now, "Take this Daniel, it will make you feel better". Let's face it, the more doped up everyone was, the more opportunity he had to pilfer Anna's cash.
Howard Stern did it! Daniel was against the marriage, he knew what Stern was up to! My main koncern is the baby girl. If Larry gets her, she will have the money from her mom, or Howard gets the money, the baby girl gets NOTHING!! Then the money belongs to him and him only!! (money by marriage)
Stern was the only one who was always there for Anna. She was very strong willed and operated in survival mode her entire life. Howard new the vulnerable sweet side of Anna and respected not neccessarily approved how she had managed her life. It was a great plan for the 4 of them to live in the Bahamas as a family and raise the baby in a provincial stable environment. How unfortunate to have everything fall apart. It's tuff to escape the whirlwind of a life and the mentality of drama behavior tabloid gossip. It was her survival mode for years. How very sad! Rest in peace Anna and Daniel. I hope Howard and Danielyn will make you proud. Anna in the end has left a positve legacy. She was a beauriful woman and managed her life the best she could. Howard was one of her good choices.

i think howard k is evil, and did something horrible. i think he brought on this choas, and played on annas child like ways. i just think he is so evil that it is going to be hard to prove. i think it is going to be one of those things that everyone knows though cant prove. it is so unreal to me. i look at the way it all happened, and it is so black, and white. to me it is the facts, without the known deathials..... what i mean is the sequence is all there. 1,2,3,4,4,6... it just reminds me of 1,2, freddy's coming for you- 3,4 better lock your door. he is a sick man to me.
Does Howard K Stern make an honest living? Does he work and get a paycheck? Or has he lived off of Anna and her vulnerable nature? I never watched the ANS show when it was on, but I just ran through several DVDs of it. Yes, Stern is a lawyer with a very direct personality, he speaks rapidly, and he has Jewish features. Maybe this rubs people the wrong way, but come on. So what. If he were a slow-talking blond guy with a short nose, DOING PRECISELY THE SAME THINGS (partying, enabling, controlling, etc.) with Anna Nicole, people wouldn't be calling him a "blood sucker." They'd be calling him a bad boyfriend, a jerk, a screw-up, an enabler, an addict.
Why isn't that enough? Why is it necessary to add "Jew boy" to the insults?

Howard's lack of concern for Anna Nicole's welfare and health has nothing to do with his ethnicity or facial feature's. It has to do with his character.
Howard was out buying a yacht with his best friend's money. She was home alone, sick and broke (apparently). Anna could not pay for the house in The Bahama's, but Howard can buy a yacht.

I believe Larry Birkhead is the father.I ve seen pictures of him as a baby and Dannielyn and they do look so much alike. I think he will make a good father .Remember he's been claiming her since day one.I am sorry for Anna but she did mess herself up. I am more concerned about her daughter now.It's too late for the son.He died of neglect and a broken heart.I wish Larry all the best. This has been a disgusting display of humanity. First off..the baby IS Larry's..Howard Stern is a fucking freak that needs to get a life and stop mooching off of everyone. Poor Anna, although she was a colorful character, I feel sorry for her...she just wanted to be loved and tried to find it in any way she could...sex, drugs...etc. It's sad the way that her life ended. My concern now if for beautiful Dannielynn she is so innocent in all this...poor baby will never know her mother...at least let her know her real father....Larry.

In my opinion Howard was the only one who truly loved Anna Nicole and was always there for her. She paid him for what he did, by paying for his apartment and other needs. That is probably what their agreement was, instead of a paycheck. From what I saw and heard Howard worked hard for Anna Nicole. Anna Nicole had a mind of her own, and she is the one who did drugs. She seemed very strong willed and I'm sure no one could tell her what to do. She was very self-destructive. I have someone in my family who is addicted to drugs and we can't make her stop. Howard was blinded by love and did whatever she told him to so he wouldn't lose her. He showed what a true friend is by being there for her and putting up with her different moods and difficult personality. He cried so hard in the courtroom when the judge said she could be buried next to Daniel. I didn't see Howard laughing and smiling with the judge. I saw Larry and Mama laughing. This whole thing is a tragedy and not a laughing matter... I do believe that the child is Larry's, but I'd love to see that stupid smug look wiped off Larry's face if the baby in fact was Howard's...
I don't know what to think of this anymore. This poor woman needs to be put to rest- soon. Why don't they just cremate her and disperse of the ashes equally amongst everyone? I feel so bad for all of these people involved- they haven't even had the opportunity to grieve.
I am so sick of seeing Larry on the televison crying about "his baby". Has he given any thought about what if the the DNA test is negative about him being the father? That would mean that everything he said, saying that Anna told him they were having a baby was a lie. Do you think he would be able to find a rock big enough to hide under. they were talking about alcohol swabs for the time that she was supposedly shooting up and that made me wonder if she could have died because of the tattoos that she had done after the birth and death of her children that she had tattoos put on her shoulders...dying of blood poisoning.
