Thank the sweet baby Jesus. The appeal Anna Nicole Smith's mother, Vergie Arthur, filed to get control of her daughter's body has been officially denied. TMZ reports that judge Seidlin made the decision Monday morning. Vergie filed the appeal because she was not happy with Seidlin's decision last week giving custody of Anna Nicole's remains to the guardian of Anna's baby, Dannilynne Hope, nor the fact that Anna would now be buried in the Bahamas with her son Daniel. Instead of letting her daughter have a proper funeral and burial, Vergie wanted to hold up the proceedings indefinitely while she continued to fight to have Anna Nicole's body brought to Texas for burial, all why her daughter lay decomposing in the medical examiners office. Thankfully, the judge made the right decision and now, Anna Nicole Smith can be laid to rest where she had wished. Sorry Vergie, sucks to be you!

Thank God this selfish bitch didn't get her way. I can't believe that after the trial last week and making an agreement with HKS, Birkhead and Dannilynn's guardian, this crazy ho went back on her word. All this so she can be right?? Yeah, she loves her daughter so much that she would let her decompose in a box. What a fucking horrible excuse for a human being.

i read tmz's description of what happens when we decompose. it's very interesting, but very humbling. ugh and so gross to think she is turning green and blue b/c of her mother. :-&

This woman is the most disguting joke of a "mother" I have ever seen. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH....I really, really dislike her! actually, to play devil's advocate, maybe she had a change of heart after all these years of not seeing Anna. as a mother who brought her into this world, maybe she feels it's her duty to bury her.
She feels it is her duty to chase after any money she can get. No matter what the cost.
And I also bet she is quite satisfied that she is screwing yet another thing up for her daughter. It is her last chance to screw her daughter over.
The fact that ANS is rapidly decomposing and turning blue and green probably DELIGHTS her because I bet she has always been very jealous of ANS anyway.

How can she call herself a mother, she shoved dirt and walked across her daughters grave. No wonder Anna had issues with her..she is a horrible excuse for a mother and I hope she will have nothing to do with that poor baby Dani Lynn.
