BRAD AND ANGIE MOVING OUTTA "THE BOO" (OR WHEREVER THE HELL IT IS THAT THEY LIVE)
Us Weekly is reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have packed up the family and moved to New Orleans. Angie told Us, "The kids are going to go to school there. We're really looking forward to it.” They also claim that the couple bought a house in The French Quarter and that Angie is looking forward to befriending "normal moms" (as opposed to?) so she can do things with her two adopted kids and the blob. The couple reportedly feels it's important to be in New Orleans right now because they want to raise awareness for the region after the devastation caused by hurricane Katrina. A source told Us that Brad and Angie plan on being heavily involved humanitarian work while living in New Orleans. Awesome. Let's hope they give a huge chunk of their charity money to help the people in need over there.

Usually, I'm all for stars who do charity work. But for some reasons, this couple seems to be trying too hard to be "good."
Oh, I know, they are trying to cover up the fact that they are cheaters!
Usually, I'm very happy that stars are using their influences for charities. However, this couple seem to be trying toooo hard!
They are probably trying to manage their images to cover up their true identies - CHEATERS!

Hmm, lets see. I'm from New Orleans so I know about where they are living. Will she mix with "normal moms" in her 6 million dollar house? Probably not. Is Maddox going to your run of the mill NO school? Hardly. Will they be protected and shielded from the reality that is NO meaning the highest murder rate and other crimes? You bet your ass. It's like going to live in a tigers cage but being in your own enclosed bullet (or should I say tiger) proof box that is indestructable. They are not seeing and doing real things like they want to be portrayed.
i wonder if she will homeschool. does seem like they are overdoing it a bit much. spend some time with the children more

Call me crazy...... but I don't think the general population of NOLA is going to fall in love with their wealth and lifestyle. LA folks pander to that kind of thing.
Normally I'd say you are right but they have the "We're here to help" banner across their chest (not literally but might as well) and I think people are idiots and believe them. There are thousands of people still living in FEMA trailers because there are not enough contractors to do all the work yet Brad has the brilliant idea to build...what is it, 23?..."environment friendly" apartments down there. Gee, that will help. They may be helping but its on such a small scale yet they praise themselves beyond belief. Can't stand them!
Good point Amy- and I bet the millions they spent on their French Quarter mansion would have been better served being donated to help those people still living in the FEMA trailers.

Thats just it though, all the money in the world can't help them get out of the trailers because there are NO available contractors. And if your house has minor damage, you can forget it because no contractor will take a small job. This has caused thousands and thousands of illegal Mexicans to flood the area to do the work which in turn has caused the crime rate to go up..before you blast me for that, check out AMW.com where they have a story about one of them killing a woman in a park. Thats just one story, there are many, many, many. It's a total mess. Now if Ang and Brad could get say 10,000 contractors down there to start working on houses, I'd be so impressed! Till then, they need to shut the hell up.
I don't understand why she would even say this to the press. The two of them constantly talk about privacy, and yet, no one would have known that they are moving if she didn't tell the national press. Why would she say that the kids will go to school there, knowing that the press will stalk the school trying to get a glimpse of them. I think she has to take that backseat and pretend to be the nice sweet housewife to Brad, because they have to realize that there antics are killing their career. I feel no matter what the two of them say about family first, I don't think that Brad could deal with not being that big star. Not even for, the beautiful, Angelina Jolie. This should be a lesson for all the men that want to cheat on their wife, and be with the person they think everyman in the world wants, Everything that glitter is not gold. Angelina Jolie is 100% psychotic. They both look as if they are trying so hard to put on this brave front that life is great. However, even at the Golden Globe, where Brad one an award, they still seem very much unhappy. At one point she would not even come up with him when he gave the interview to Entertainment tonight. Clearly, even the person that was interviewing him looked little uneasy about that. She only appear happy when she have him all to herself millions of miles from the states. If you look at their interviews from Mr. and Mrs. Smith, them on the red carpet just so happy and loving life. Now, they look absolutely miserable. Unfortunately for Brad, the best is yet to come. They will continue on the free fall, and the world will watch with glee. They deserve everything that they get. They started wrong and they will end even worse. STAY TUNED.

And wouldn't that be great if they could put some money there... although, the costs may run into much more than even 2 celebrities can handle. Billions? The damage after Katrina? I don't remember, but it was billions... or $150 million.
Didn't catch the Globes, but you're right. Seems like a crack in the facade. And all of a sudden, much talk about their private lives. No need. Just let the cameras follow you guys around... and keep your dignity!
