OOPSIE! JESSICA SIMPSON SCREWS UP TRIBUTE TO DOLLY PARTON.
Oh dear, I feel so sorry for Jessica Simpson these days that I have officially removed her from my shit list and I will now only send her good thoughts. There apparently was a mishap with her performance at Sunday night's 29th Kennedy Center Honors, where she performed the song 9 To 5 as a tribute to Dolly Parton, one of the show's honorees. Simpson, a self proclaimed huge fan of Parton, was so nervous while on stage that she f*@!'d up the lyrics, and rushed off the stage immediately after the song was over saying, "Dolly that made me so nervous!" The audience was reportedly so stunned by Jessica's quick exit that they couldn't even applaud for the poor girl. Reports say that Simpson, who held her stomach during much of her performance, was in tears when she came back on stage with the rest of the singers later in the evening. Access Hollywood has learned that Simpson's footage will not be included when the show is broadcast on CBS December 26th. Uh huh. You know it's only a matter of time before that sucker is leaked to YouTube! But seriously, I think the karma bug has bitten Jessica in the ass way too many times now, it's time for it to fly away and move on!

First time I've left a comment but you are SO wrong about her. She didn't "forget" the lyrics, she NEVER learned them. She was reading off the telepromptor and got confused (insert blond joke here). Also, she didn't run off stage after the song, it was in the middle. Then, of course, they let her come back and give it another go. All for the sake of "good" tv.
Anonymous 4:57, Wrong! E! said that jessica used cue cards, not a teleprompter and that she flubbed her lyrics because she was emotional about Dolly Parton. She messed up but she sang the whole thing and did not run off in the middle. She also re sang the song later.

lets give you people that love to trash the talent of others a mic, and put you in front of the genius of Smokey Robinson, Aretha Franklin and Dolly. Give her a break. She messed up. And the fat comments should go away. Take a picture of yourself and let me comment on you. There's nothing wrong with a little kindness every once and while. Sounds like a bunch of bitter individuals that life is passing them by. Your negativity makes me sick.
Dennisco, It sounds like someone can't distinguish between reality and reality T.V. Jessica never had talent you were just suckered into thinking she had some. I figure if you had DD you'd be next to her eating grom teh same troth.
