LAWYER ACCUSES ANNA NICOLE SMITH OF TRYING TO TRICK UP BABY DADDY WITH DARK HAIR DYE.

Okay, this sounds a bit crazy. Larry Birkhead's lawyer, Debra Opri, is accusing Anna Nicole Smith of trying to pull a fast one on her client and dying her 2 month old baby Dannielynne's hair darker in an effort to make the child look more like the spawn of Howard K. Stern and less that of Larry Birkhead. Birkhead saw a commercial for Anna Nicole's upcoming interview airing on Entertainment Tonight Thursday and alarms went off because he noticed that the child's hair looked dark, whereas Birkhead has "sandy blonde hair with frosted tips." GAG! His lawyer told the AP, "It's horrendous." "We are calling our experts right now to see if dyeing an infant's hair is any way toxic or harmful to a child."

Yeah, the kid's hair did seem blonde in the first photographs that came out, but dying the hair to look more like Stern seems a bit extreme to me. Saying that, I did have a friend once who was a hair stylist and "frosted the tips" of his baby's hair just for fun (and yes, I was completely and utterly horrified), so who knows. I can just picture Anna Nicole now saying with her sleepy, Texas drawl, "C'mon, Howarrrrd, all we have to do is make the hair brown and then Larry will realize it is not his daughterrrr. Go out and buy me a box of Clairol, NOW Howaaaard!" I know she is in mourning, but we still are talking about Anna Nicole Smith after all. Ugh! Just do the damn paternity test already, I'm over it!
