KEVIN FEDERLINE SUES BRITNEY FOR FULL CUSTODY OF THE KIDS.
TMZ nailed it when they said Kevin Federline was going to try and strike back at Britney Spears by fighting her for custody of their two young boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James. His lawyer filed Kevin's response today to Britney's divorce petition, and Kevin is asking for legal and physical custody of the children and that Britney get visitation rights. Of course, he also asks for spousal support. Everyone knows he is using this as a bargaining chip to get more money from Britney considering he was rarely seen with his children. Whatever, he wont get those kids, but he is still an asshole for going there. Federline might want to tread lightly considering the public response of sheer elation once Britney filed for divorce and now the guy is going to go and mess with custody of those boys? He better start wearing a raincoat in public cuz people are going to start spitting at that fool as he walks down the street.

I'm wondering what his other children think about this. The daughter is definitely old enough to understand that daddy wants Britney's kids but not them.
