HILARY DUFF STALKED BY HOMELESS RUSSIAN.

Cuckoo bird alert! Actress Hilary Duff has a stalker or two and it appears as though one of them wants to marry Hilary Duff and also dispose of her boyfriend, Good Charlotte's Joel Madden. TMZ has reported that Duff and Madden filed court documents against two men, a 19 year old homeless Russian man named Max and a 50 year old celebrity paparazzo who claims to be the Russian dude's "roommate." Duff and Madden asked the judge that the pair be ordered to stay "at least 100 yards away from Hilary Duff, her sister Haylie, Joel Madden and his twin brother Benji." According to the court papers obtained by TMZ, the couple also claims that the Russian homeless guy moved to Los Angeles with "the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved with Duff." He has also "admitted to being 'obsessed' with her, has stated his intention of 'removing' his 'enemies' (i.e., those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention." They also add that he "has stated his belief that Hilary is in love with him and that Joel Madden stands in their way." This paparazzo buddy of his reportedly relays a lot of the Russian homeless guy's crazy ass messages to people associated with Hilary and demands that he and his friend obtain some form of contact with her, otherwise "bad things will happen."
