DIANE SAWYER INTERVIEWS MEL GIBSON.

For all of you who have been waiting to hear what Mel Gibson has to say to the world since his infamous July arrest for drunk driving, you'll finally get your chance. Gibson is set to appear Thursday and Friday this week on Good Morning America to chat it up with Diane Sawyer. Okay, okay, he probably won't be "chatting it up" as I put it, but it sounds a lot nicer than something closer to the truth of "trying to redeem himself to America and beyond." As of now, their topics of conversation have not been released, but we can only assume he will address the infamous lushed up anti-Semitic remarks that he made to the arresting officer that fateful and career damaging night in Malibu. Gibson has slowly been tiptoeing back into the scene of late, attending screenings in Oklahoma and Austin, TX of his new film Apocalypto. Word is that at he wore a mask and a wig to one of the screenings in Oklahoma (where are the damn paparazzi when you really need them?). It would have been nice if Gibson had done this interview with Diane Sawyer when there wasn't any (cha-ching!) film to promote, but who is a sweet lil' ol' sugar tits like me to judge?
