ANNA NICOLE SMITH SUFFERED MEMORY LOSS AFTER SON'S DEATH.
Man, I just hate to keep writing about this sad stuff, but I know many of you are interested in this story and want to be updated, so here we go ... news reports are now saying that the "mystery" third person in the hospital room with Anna Nicole Smith when she desperately tried to revive her son Daniel turned out to be her always present lawyer, best friend, whatever you want to call the guy, Howard K. Stern. Authorities are still sticking by the story that Anna Nicole found Daniel slumped in a chair Sunday morning, dismissing other reports from a newspaper in the Bahamas that he may have died after violently vomiting and collapsing in front of her. Michael Scott, another attorney for Anna Nicole said that Anna and Howard continued to try and revive Daniel even after he had been proclaimed dead by medical staff at Doctor's Hospital in Nassau. Scott also said that Anna refused to leave Daniel's side and "had to be sedated in order to check her out of the hospital." In a prepared statement, Scott said, "The devastation and grief over Daniel's sudden death coupled with the sedation has been so extreme that Anna Nicole experienced memory loss of the event ... it was necessary for Howard to tell Anna again that Daniel had passed away." Anna Nicole is said to be in seclusion right now with family and friends and according to the AP, Scott dismissed media reports that Daniel had drugs or anti-depressants in his system. "It's sheer speculation. It's irresponsible speculation, may I point out," he told reporters. Since this death is being called "suspicious," autopsy/toxicology results on Daniel may not be made public until a jury inquest is held on October 23rd, determining exactly how Daniel died and if a crime was committed. Originally, it was thought toxicology and autopsy results were going to be released on Friday, but concerns about the results prejudicing the jury have prevented that.

The jury... a crime? Three people in the room? And no anti-depressants in his system? No blood or vomit in the room as previously reported.
If this is a crime, it's almost too ghastly to even guess what the crime is. Liquor, sex involved... October is a long way off.
So if criminal charges are to be brought eventually, does that mean Anna Nicole or Howard Stern had something to do with it?
10:16- i would highly, highly doubt that. probably related to something that happened before daniel got there, but who knows. i think it's horrible to assume any foul play on the part of anna nicole or howard.
I think this is a horrible horible tragedy...I feel so awful for her; to witness your son dying in front of you. Makes you wonder how she will be able to take care of a newborn with all of this pain. Poor woman.
9:30-Why in the world would you assume there was liquor or especially sex involved? That came out of nowhere.
7:59. I meant in regards to the way the hospital spokesperson is referring to it as a crime and that the body won't be released. I didn't mean to blog and jump to a conclusion. But the whole foul play thing is now involved. At first I thought maybe he had an undiscovered bad heart like John Ritter... the long plane trip (change in altitude) bringing out something congenital.
The hospital PR is saying suspicious nature; he was found sitting up in a chair and that sounds like posing someone after the fact if the hospital claims it was a suspicious death.
It's a horrible loss for any family. Right after the birth of a new baby, hard to even imagine. Didn't mean to offend; just speculating on the news that was released.
My first thought was could the millionaire's heir have done him in as a warning to drop trying to get her deceased husband's money.
Just a thought. Kind of like--see what we did to your son, you and your daughter could be next?

Okay, just like human beings to be negative about any thing....news should tell it like it is and stop speculation.
As far as Anna taking care of her baby, herself, what hollywood star does that. HUH
oh hell no. ANS and her lawyer had nothing to do with this. What I am more concerned about is that precious newborn girl. Who is taking care of her while ANS is having a breakdown? How is she going to be breastfed?????? This concerns me.

6:30. That's actually an interesting point even if it sounds like a conspiracy. Those 2 have had a heated court battle for years now......

the news is NEVER correct when reporting their info. we will never know the ruth until anna herself tells the story.

get in ma belly is creepy with her breastfeeding concerns. how do you sleep at night pondering that question?????
