PUBLIC WILL NOT GET TO SEE MEL GIBSON BEING A BAD BOY.

For those of you who are champing at the bit to see/hear the video and audio tapes of Mel Gibson on his drunken rant the night of his recent arrest, calm down cuz it ain't happening anytime soon. Despite the hardcore effort from website TMZ to get their hands on the tapes, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. has refused to release them stating the "are exempt from the California Public Records Act." A principal deputy for the county counsel's office added, "The records you have requested are records of the investigation and part of the investigatory file in this matter." Damn it! I was really looking forward to hearing Mel slur to that female cop, "what you looking at sugar tits?!"
