JOHN MARK KARR WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE MURDER OF JONBENET RAMSEY.

Just as people started to suspect that this might happen soon after his arrest and extradition from Thailand the United States, prosecutors have decided not to officially charge John Mark Karr with the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. Word is that Karr's DNA was not a match to unidentified DNA found on murdered JonBenet. Karr's public defender Seth Temin said today, "The warrant on Mr. Karr has been dropped by the district attorney." "They are not proceeding with the case." "We're deeply distressed by the fact that they took this man and dragged him here from Bangkok, Thailand, with no forensic evidence confirming the allegations against him and no independent factors leading to a presumption that he did anything wrong." Huh. One thing is for sure, after confessing to a crime he did not commit, in addition to all the new things we learned about him in the press, this dude John Mark Karr is still definitely one sick motherchucker. Let alone, they should lock the bastard up for making a false confession. Although earlier today it was announced by the Sheriff's Department that Karr had been released, reports now are saying he will be kept in jail in Boulder until he can be sent to Sonoma County, Calif., to face child pornography charges from 2001.

The sickest thing about this is there are now so many people feeling guilty about blaming the family, even though the family actually did it. Suddenly the Ramseys are victims.
the brother was jealous of her getting all the attention all the time and killed her. Mom covered it up for him and wrote the note. I'll always believe it went down that way
oh COME ON! A 9-year-old made a garrote? That's absurd. The only logical motive is some perv friend or neighbor caught sight of this child dressed up like a hooker,
got obsessed, snuck in the house, and actually DID what this Karr freak has been fantasizing about for the past 10 years.
It's really, truly irrational to believe the parents did it. I am glad we have a justice system to counterract the mass hysteria and misinformation put out there by the tabloids, or the Ramsey's would have had to go through what all those inncocent teachers in the McMartin case went through in California years ago. Their presupposed guilt was totally painted by the media, and they were all 100% innocent. It ruined all their lives, too. It's terrible what the Ramsey family has had to endure, on top of the premature death of one child and the horrific murder of another on Christmas Day in their own house, where they could not protect her.
Did anyone ever find a shred of evidence that they ever even SLAPPED one of their other children? No. So why, suddenly, out of the blue, would they become
vicious murderers? It makes no sense, because that's not what happened.
However, since the cops let people stomp all through the house for hours after they found the body, much evidence was destroyed. This case will never be solved, unless the real killer confesses.
I'm with 4:34. Send the psycho back to Thailand, so he can get the proper punishment overseas. He's going to wish he had killed Jon Benet after they get through with him.
In thailand he has steady access to the underage hooker industry. He needs some stone walls and iron bars to examine everyday for the rest of his life, even if he didn't kill JB.
