JESSICA TELLS NICK, "I'M SORRY I COULDN'T BE THE WIFE YOU WANTED ME TO BE."

Even though gal pal Eva Longoria is said to be throwing Jessica Simpson a "Divorced and Loving-It" party at L.A.'s fabulous El Cholo restaurant (crazy good margaritas BTW), that isn't stopping Jessica from taking time to reflect on a once perfect marriage that came crashing down on her in burning flames. The National Enquirer has mysteriously obtained contents to a letter said to be written by Jessica Simpson to Nick Lachey the day after their divorce became finalized. Jessica reportedly wrote to Nick:
"I am so sorry, Nick. Sorry I couldn't be the wife you wanted me to be. Sorry we couldn't have tried harder. But most of all I'm sorry I lost you. Know that a part of me will always love you, Nick. Always. And a part of you will always be in my heart."
I don't know how The National Enquirer got their hands on a private letter like this. My guess is that since the letter has more than 3 words in it, I'm sure Jessica had several misspelled scratch copies of it that ended up in her trash. I can just see Papa Joe on his hands and knees digging through all the crap in Jessica's trash bins, dirty and looking for shit to sell to the tabloids so he can continue to sell out his daughter in an effort to save her public image! Go take a shower Joe!

She's a pig and I hope she has major regrets for dumping Nick. Biggest mistake-EVER!
I think they still love each other. And they BOTH need to grow up, quit drinking and carousing, or listening to daddy. Maybe then they can start over again. Like in 2011 or something.
Nick and Jess = just too young.
i think people should let them work out their own proplembs. they will come out and tell us whats up when they are ready. until then, let them have their harmless fun. after all, we were young once too. every one deserves a second chance! rodney..........

I think that everyone needs to leave Nick and Jess alone and let them work out their problems (including Vanessa)by the way Nick she does not compair to Jess. I think the time will come and Jess will realize that she made a mistake, and Nick you need to stop acting so high school, making out in front of your ex and trying to make her jealous get a grip and stop crying to everyone about your divorce, just to sell your CD "What's Left Of Me" even though it is a great CD if you really meant what you wrote. If you notice Jess didn't go around crying about the divore. I think that you are a little jealous because everything that Jess touches turns into gold. I think that the both of you need to work things out it is quite obvious that you both still love each other and always will. P.S. Daddy Joe needs to but out.
