PAUL MCCARTNEY TO DIVORCE.

Oh I know this is mean, but do we really care that Paul McCartney (63) and his wife with the wooden leg broke up? I know, I know, that wasn't PC either, forgive me, my typing hands could not resist. I'm sure she is a lovely woman and I wish her no harm, especially cuz she does stuff like helping the animals with her anti fur work, not to mention hunted down J-Lo at her own company once for wearing fur. Sounds like they are saying the pressure from the press and invasion of privacy contributed to their break up. I'm sure the fact that Heather Mills (37) married her father had nothing to do with it either. You know Paul's daughter Stella must be thrilled because rumor at the time of the marriage was she didn't like the new young wife replacing her mother Linda at-all. Even worse is that McCartney reportedly refused to have Mills sign a pre-nup and now she could ask for as much of a quarter of his 1.5 billion fortune. Woah! The couple released a joint statement on their break up. Here it is, go knock yourself out:

"Having tried exceptionally hard to make our relationship work given the daily pressures surrounding us, it is with sadness that we have decided to go our separate ways. Our parting is amicable and both of us still care about each other very much but have found it increasingly difficult to maintain a normal relationship with constant intrusion into our private lives, and we have actively tried to protect the privacy of our child. Separation for any couple is difficult enough, but to have to go through this so publicly, especially with a small daughter, is immensely stressful. We hope, for the sake of our baby daughter, that we will be given some space and time to get through this difficult period."
