NICK & JESSICA'S HOUSE ALREADY SOLD.
Just days after being put on the market, Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson's newlywed house in Calabasas, CA has been sold. The 5-bedroom, 6,500 square-foot Mediterranean-style house was listed at $3.75 million and was sold for an undisclosed amount to "Malcolm in the Middle" actor Justin Berfield, who is a Simpson family friend. Lucky guy, Nick installed all that nice grass in the backyard, made a room into a walk in closet for Jessica and even built a recording studio. Plus, Calabasas is a beautiful neighborhood! Ok, let's forget about the house for a minute, more importantly, what is a punk ass 19 year old doing buying a house like that? I know he is on a tv show and all and I'm sure is a lovely guy, but that's kinda crazy.

Did any of you ever see that episode of their show where that pussy Nick had to hire guys from manpower. That's because he and his pussy-ass brother didn't know how to do physical work. I loved the look on that pussy's face when those manpower guys showed up. And then pussy Nick was sitting there bad-mouthing them.
