MARTHA STEWART CONVICTION UPHELD.

Martha Stewart's appeal to have her 2004 conviction overturned for lying to the government about stock sales was denied by a federal appeals court today. Martha has already completed her sentence of five months in prison and five months house arrest, but had still hoped that the conviction would not be upheld by the federal appeals court. Oh well, at least she doesn't have to go back to jail or anything.
