ALERT! THE SPEARS/FEDERLINE BABY MAY HAVE A NAME...
Why oh why has there not been an official announcement naming the fabulous new Spears/Federline baby? Access Hollywood revealed on their tv show tonight that they heard Britney and Kevin's newborn son might be named "Sutton Pierce Federline." Hey, I like it. Sean Preston & Sutton Pierce? Well, Britney might be country and a little white trash, but if that's it, she sure does know how to pick some lovely little names for those boys. I must say that I have also heard the name is just a lame "internet rumor" and why Access Hollywood would even mention on national television a rumor that started on the internet is beyond me. Hold tight people, it looks like you will have to wait a little longer before officially ordering Britney & Kevin some cute matching baby name tshirts. One thing is for sure, I can't wait to see the photos of this new little one!

I like both of those names individually, but not so much together . . . too matchy. But at least she didn't pick Jim Bob or something.
I think she learned from TomKat and knows the less you tell the public, the more they want you. She knows her star is fading and Kev's is not even lit so its a good way to hang on. Why would she want her kids to have the same initials anyway? Talk about a pain in the ass over who owns what toy even if its monogrammed!
Because this second son was unexpected/not planned, I think she probably now wishes that she had saved the name Preston (Preston/Sutton). Sean & Preston is a little nicer. I think Sutton will get picked on more -lol.

I agree that Pierce would be a much better suited first name. Sutton it jus... I don't even know what it is. It shouldn't be a first name tho. I do agree that people dwell too much on Brit and her antics. She's new at mommy-hood, and every new parent makes mistakes...it's just that hers are very public, and usually a lil bigger. She's got a lot on her plate tryin to raise two kids, and hold her marriage together.

What is quite entertaining is that celebrities are only in the spotlight because of $$. Money doesn't change morals and values. We don't need to get into a battle over the north and the south again - let our children/some adults have their heroes and idols and hopefully they won't be ones addicted to sex, drugs, and violence. By the way,...I grew up without a carseat and I am still typing.
Additionally, economic status proves nothing. Being a school administrator, I know administrators from poor rural schools and some from weathly urban schools. Both have equal amounts of challenges, yet make completely different salaries - one no better than the next.

I agree with the person who wrote in on quit bashing Brittney. She's a young mom, who is not only famous, but has made her kids and her marriage the number one priority, which is more than I can say for some well known famous people. She should be encouraged , not put down. She's a young mom, and I for one think we should give her our support in being a mom, and not just focused on her career. WHOA Tandom Wolf....I am NO Northern Ugly! And by the way I live in a $400,000 home.....a 4bed 3bath raised ranch with 2 kitchens, 2 family rooms, and a formal dining room. And up here, we're not fat, ugly, or uneducated (what do u have a 4th grade education???) We have the best schools up here-Ivy League (and I am a college graduate by the way)..and Northeners are definitely not slow...we are NOT rednecks, we are a variety of beautiful cultures. I really laugh at the people who get so defensive about the whole thing. How did naming Britney's baby turn into a big fight about Northern and Southerns? And, for that matter, Northern and Southern what? North American VS South America? Or Northern United States VS South United States? I'm in Canada..so what about Northern Canada and Southern Canada? Honestly, that's the most ridiculous thing ever.
And yes, I'm sure that crazy statistic is definitely made up. Funny that a mother wrote that, when her English adn grammar (and intelligence leve, apparantly) matches the one of a crazy ten year old.
But if you want my two cents? Britney and Kevin have zillions of dollars that they don't deserve. They don't help anyone, and together their talent doesn't even fill a pencil holder. There are weirder names for Hollywood children, and I doubt that Sutton will get picked on because of his 'rents Celeb status. In my fiancee's family there are 5 kids, Marlo, Michael, Mitchell, Melinda and Marc all with 2 middle names...honestly. I've heard worse names than Sutton, which I find to be a billion times better than Apple, Co Co or Rumer.
I think K Fed wanted to name the little guy Phillip Morris.

Can someone please tell me why someone would get picked on for the name Sutton. I have a daughter named that, and their is a Broadway actress named Sutton (Foster). Guess I should have named her Emily, or Jessica, or Jennifer, like everybody else in the world. ( no offence, those are nice names). Naming a kid is so personal, and it is really difficult to hear peoples reactions sometimes because alot of people have no manners. Even though I got nothing but positive reactions when we named our daughter. Im guessing the people dawging Britney have never had the privilage of nameing a kid. Maybe you will one day understand.
Someone mentioned they liked the first name Pierce better than Sutton. I saw Kevin on the Ellen show last week and he kept referring to Sean Preston as "Preston", so maybe they will call both boys by their middle names. And by the way, I think it is terrible how everyone trashes Kevin and Britney. Shame on all of you. They are humans just like us and deserve some respect. I think a lot of people are just jealous of them.

I think Sutton is a cute name. The people making fun of it are probably people who don't have children, or who have children that have very common names. My son's name is Elliott, and we have heard a lot of crap about it, but I didn't want my child to have the same first name as a bunch of the other boys in his class. I am glad that Britney came up with a normal name, that not everyone else has.

Everybody should just leave britney alone. she is a person who is putting her life together and building a family. Belive it or not no one know EXACTLY what goes on between her and kevin and why she is the way she is. everyone thinks they know her but no one acually does. Everyone has their own taste in names, clothes, food and in eveyrthing. The names that she chose for HER own kids is HER business, at least she didnt name them SURI or SAILOH.. or some other fruit or unnormal name! BRitney is going to come back with something new and hot and everyone is going to love her again. Her children will be proud of her career.
