On tonight's episode you'll see dingbat Heidi on her first day of "work," where her new boss makes her fetch sandwiches (hee, hee, hee!), Lauren jet-setting to New York to deliver some fancy ass dress and the moment every 14 year old girl has been waiting for ... the return of Lauren's ex-boyfriend Jason (at least by voicemail), who has also moved to Los Angeles.
