GOTCHA! CHARLIE SHEEN & DENISE RICHARDS GOING THROUGH WITH DIVORCE.

This is such a shame. TMZ is reporting that although previously working towards reconciliation, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are going through with divorce proceedings. Lawyers for both sides filed legal papers today, requesting that the divorce be handled through private arbitration. Sources told TMZ that things reportedly fell apart between the two during the Christmas holidays. Reps for both Sheen and Richards are saying "no comment." So sad this had to happen with two kids and all. I do give them props for trying to make it work though.
